I was born in the 80’s and my absolute favourite toy was the Fisher Price Big Yellow Teapot (I still have it) and the nostalgia for the toys of that era is so strong for me. I wanted recreate a design that pulled together the feel of that time – the colour, the memories, the McDonalds birthday parties (in a time when you got a tour of the kitchen) and put them all together in a design that evokes my happy childhood, I hope it evokes happiness for you too.
